Secondary fuels

Many high calorific industrial and commercial waste materials cannot be recycled economically and ecologically. These materials, mostly made of oil, are excellent for the production of secondary fuels.

For our customers, they are a beneficial alternative to fossil fuels, such as coal, crude oil or gas. Also, additional emissions in incineration plants can be lessened and our environment relieved, as the entire supply chain for usually used fossil fuels is avoided.

Industrial combustion processes are strictly controlled and the production of secondary fuels is subject to clear quality criteria.

Our quality assurance begins with the selection of suitable residual substances and constant control of deliveries. The processing in the EBS plant follows clear guidelines.

Fuels are co-ordinated accurately with the respective combustion plants, in order to obtain the desired processing and optimal emission results. Furthermore production undergoes constant internal and external analyses.

For the production of secondary fuels we exclusively use clean materials from production processes, such as:

PLASTICS

  • Plastic granules and grinding stock
  • Packing material and foils
  • Foam material and EPS
  • Plastic boxes
  • Plastic production and processing wastes

PAPER AND CARDBOARD

  • Packing material and cardboard
  • Cut offs and chad
  • Label remainders
  • Wax-soaked and silicon paper

BONDING MATERIALS

  • Adhesive labels
  • Mixed packing
  • Inside panelings
  • Composite plastics, textiles and pulp fibres

NOT SUITABLE

  • PVC
  • Composite material with metals
  • High dirt content waste
  • Waste with organic residue
